Here is another tip on customising my Search Files program.

[Actions]
Wordpad=W,C:\Program Files\Windows NT\Accessories\wordpad.exe
Foxit=F,C:\Bin\Foxit Reader.exe

[DefaultExceptions]
pdf=foxit

In this example, Wordpad is the first action, so it is the default and
Wordpad will be used if you double-click or press Enter on a file.

Except, if the file has extension pdf, the file will open in Foxit instead
of Wordpad.

The result is that if I double click "MyFile.txt", it will open
in Wordpad, and if I double click "YourFile.pdf", it will open in
Foxit.

For normal "open by file association", there are these actions:

Edit=E,edit
Open=O,open
