something that could likely be met only by phys-ed classes.
    If state money is involved, and it is in any _public_ school, 
sex-segregated classrooms won't be allowed.

    A court will probably find that this is not evidence sufficient to meet 
the requirements for sex-segregated classes imposed by the VMI case, because 
there is no proof that the "improvement" doesn't result from self-selection 
of the course by the brightest or most eager girls.
