Hello All!

   Is there a message reader/editor designed for NewsGroups that
will directly access the /spool/news/ style
structure and NOT require that the messages be gathered into a
'batch' file and REprocessed ?

   Also this editor would need to produce the correct outgoing
posting file format and drop in into the /SPOOL/NQUEUE dir for
JNOS to pick it up and post it, as well...
