   Yes, those people -- remember all the arrows in the backs of the first
pioneers to receive allocations from bogon space?   (68.x.x.x)   They were
unreachable to a relatively large number of end networks.

   Yes, but try advertising bogon space in BGP and see how far it
propagates.   Same sort of sanity checks on BGP advertisements.
