MS> My experience is that RS is a great place to buy nuts-and-bolts

I can only speak for myself. I will quite cheerfully tell you
everything about any product we sell, from technical details
to a more conceptual overview. I sell answering systems made
by three manufacturers, and I can explain the advantages,
disadvantages, and interesting features of each. I don't
think that it's common at Circuit City for the salesmen to
tell you any of the disadvantages of the product you're
        considering.
As always, this is my personal opinion, not that of Radio Shack.
