Perhaps you have a problem reading David.  Robert is talking about the
IC hat and you appear to be referring to the Z2C hat.  They are two
different things obviously, and while the same person at one time held
both hats, nobody in this zone has seriously advocated his removal
from the Z2C chair.  It cannot be done, other then by the intermal
workings of Z2 in any case.
