If someone drinks a cocktail or a beer...Otto blows that up to *a lush*! He
himself is a cocaine user, a marajuana smoker (medical purposes only, you
understand), and once boasted about getting `toasted' on Tequila Coco Loco's!


Not to mention his addiction to prescription drugs after `doctor shopping' to
support his drug habit.

Otto is so ashamed (if he's even capable of personal shame) of his lack of
gumption to complete his Air Force enlistment, his failure to make anything of
himself after he got out, being caught at spinning his 65-day stint in the Air
Force into a career working on Warthogs, that he desperately tries to pour
shame on those who know his failure, rub it in his face at every opportunity,
and expose him as a liar almosty on a daily basis.


He's lived in the confines of his little section-eight studio with the smell
of cat shit in his nose for so many years now, he doesn't know what adulthood
even means. He has an arrested mentality that stopped growing with his body at
around the age of 8 or 9.


Just based on his presence here in Fido for all these years, I'd make an
educated guess and say that there wasn't any `broken ankle' or any choice in
the matter. The truth is more likely to be that he was put out `For the Good
of the Air Force'.
