Hi,
I couldn't help but overhear so I had to but in

I don't understand what you're saying here.

I've sucessfully taught keyboarding to students in the last half
of the 3d grade , and the begining half of the 4th grade for 4
years now. Its something that they can learn. Their hands do
make the stretch. It's a help for them to learn because it
increases their productivity with respect to the things that
they write . The computer helps the writing process alot, in a
lot of ways, but specially in revising and editing. 4th graders
catch many many more of their errors when they can read their
own typed work, than when it's handwritten. Onscreen revisions
are lots easier , so, students are less reluctant to revise.
keyboarding is something that we didn't get the oportunity to
learn until high school , times have changed. It's something
they need to know NOW.
M++> it was fine, its just that the 6 stood above...
So that more than 6 can stand above.
Peace
Bob
