subject: Obedience To Orders Of P

Hi Tom, as you were just saying about Obedience To Orders Of Po....
TR> erson shall fail to heed a reasonable order of a police officer or
TR> firefighter while such officer is in the discharge of an official
TR> duty in maintaining the public safety or welfare.
TR>
TR> This is just another example of an ordinance which would allow the
TR> commandeering of a vehicle for police use. It actually allows a
TR> wide range of required assistance. I thought you might find this
TR> interesting.

It is, and I hope that everyone notices that the keyword up there is
"reasonable". That does not state that police officer may try and take
my car by force with no explanation. That explanation may be obvious
or only take a couple of words, but without it........
