   They haven't been allocated yet: they probably think they're protecting
the user from unreachability:
  false filters taking out network 0.0.0.0
  LANs natted to 0.0.0.0
  LANs natted to 1.2.3.4

   I'd be curious how much of the world would be unable to reach one of
these public networks.
