Hi Gary,
Following your instructions I subscribed to the Juno mailing list for a
couple of weeks. I have now unsubscribed for a couple of reasons.
First I found the mailing list to be just like so many Newsgroups - more
heat than light. The Fidonet Juno echo provides more meaningful
information and does so in a more civil tone.
Second, messages written using an OMR, such as the Blue Wave that we
both use, is usually better formatted and easier to read and understand
than most messages composed using Internet mail programs where, more
often than not, the reply, no matter how long or how complex, is
inserted in a solid block above the message being replied to, no matter
how long or complex that original message is.
But that's just my opinion. Thanks anyway, for introducing me to mail
lists.
