Dear Daryl:

What can a person outside your immediate sphere do, I don't know. I find
myself enriched by our exchanges, and for one, found sorrow when I couldn't
read a Burmashave add once a day. Then learning about the campaign, and the
evolution of the roadside adverts... No matter how glib one tries to make
it, you light me up, and brought a few solid belly chuckles to a life that
kinda sucks. I try to enrich myself with things exactly like that whenever
I can, and now I can speak with levity about the time Daryl and the gaggle
on Memories clued me in.

So, how many thousand miles away are we, and we may never shake hands,
share a hug, or pat the other on the back. So, I guess the most I can do,
is wish I could, and if there was an electronic equivalent to those, here
it is.
