SC>
SC> Hi Lori, I dunno' if I ever talked to you before, but I believe you
SC> are the person I am looking for, you own a lot of Mopar vehicles
SC> right?...
SC>
SC>
SC> Anyways, I marked this as pulic so anyone may answer...
SC>
SC> I have an '88 Chrysler Daytona 2.5 TBI.. It seems to be very
SC> sluggish.. Someone told me that it's because of the small engine
SC> and fairly heavy car.. no, not sluggish.. gutless... I have
SC> already put in new plugs, wires, cap, rotor, reset the timing (I
SC> had to do a head gasket anyway), fuel filter, scanned it for
SC> codes also a sensor check and fuel pressure is at 20psi at idle..
SC> it doesn't drop fuel pressure when at WOT either... Air filter
SC> is new also.. O2 sensor is switching between rich & lean
SC> constantly when idling, but I couldn't try it on the road because
SC> the cables on the scanner are not long enough, but I am assuming
SC> that the sensor is Okay.. When I pulled the old plugs, they were
SC> nice & tan coloured, no build-up, no blisters... any ideas where
SC> to go next? Thanks in advance.. Oh yeah, HI Alexander.. I was the
SC> one with prob. with the Dodge van w/318.
Leaves me with a couple of questions. Was it a slug before you did the head
gasket? Are you sure you used the right head gasket replacement?.
... CAT: I hope that @TOLAST@ gal put litter in here.
