I'm extremely allergic to an enzyme present in fresh eggs and mildly 
allergic to milk.
You seem fixated on the idea that allergies are the root of all behavioral 
problems. I think you could do a lot better to get beyond that and recognize 
that *some* people have behavioral problems caused by food allergies, and 
*some* people have behavioral problems with other causative factors, some of 
which have not yet been pinpointed. In some cases, those problems are 
treatable.
