I also grind my teeth when thinking of the pain inflicted by Outlook 2000 when a new user logs on and tries to use it (you have to provide the original install distribution point, e.g. the CD). It's great if Outlook was deployed via Group Policy, or at least from an admin setup using an always-available server share. But a real menace otherwise.
