Hi,

create IE.User as standard user, member of users group. Use gpedit.msc to
lock it down from system functions. Use registry and ntfs perms. to keep it
in one profile and one temp folder. Thats it, few users I know do not have
any problems anymore. If using XP Pro, check out runas.exe (/?) and
/savecred switch - can produce much faster shortcut.
