Tonight's show has the potential to be one of our best programs of the
year. Jerry Lynn vs Elix Skipper, Frankie Kazarian vs Michael Shane
in a Ladder Match, AMW & Dusty Rhodes vs Diamond & Swinger & Gilberti,
Raven vs Shane Douglas, and AJ Styles vs Low Ki. I can't remember
having that strong a lineup of matches in a long time.

And that's not all!

3 Live Krew will return to pay-per-view and will face the returning
Devon Storm & Vampire Warrior and their partner Sinn, who will be
making his TNA debut. Kid Kash will be in the Asylum and will be
looking to disrespect another NWA legend. Jeff Jarrett, Chris
Daniels, Legend, and others will also be on the show.

With the lineup we have scheduled for this show, this might be our
best example yet of what "Total Nonstop Action" is all about.

We get a lot of email from fans every week, and a few questions keep
popping up fairly frequently, so I thought I'd try to address some of
the questions here.

Q: If I redeem a prize through the Frequent Buyers Club, do I start
over?

A: Nope, you get credit for every order and never have to start over.
If you order 52 episodes, you will have received every prize listed!

Q: When will TNA start airing in the UK?

A: Hopefully soon! TNA will be airing on the new "Wrestling Channel"
that is expected to launch in the UK sometime early next year. We are
continuing to pursue other broadcast opportunities in the UK and
around the world.

Q: When will the TNA DVD's be available on the website?

A: We are in the final stages of putting things together and expect
to have the DVD information available online in a few days. We will
initially offer three DVD's, one featuring the best NWA World
Heavyweight Title and NWA World Tag Title matches, one featuring the
best X Division matches, and one featuring the bloodiest brawls.

Q: I've got Dish Network....why can't I watch TNA?

A: NWA-TNA: Total Nonstop Action is currently aired domestically on
iNDemand, TVN, Cablevision, and DirecTV. In Canada the program airs
on Viewers Choice and Bell ExpressVu. We have had recent
conversations with representatives of Dish Network and are hopeful we
will be able to start airing our show on their system in the near
future.

A few years ago there was an expose on professional wrestling that
accused wrestling promoters of sometimes using what the expose called
a "stunt granny". A "stunt granny", it was explained,
was someone the
promoter would place in the crowd who would become so excited and
riled up that she would almost become a part of the show and would
entertain other fans. While I've never known a promoter to actually
do something like that, I've seen a bunch of little old ladies at
wrestling shows over the years...and they are sometimes one of the
more entertaining aspects of the show. It had been a long time since
I had seen one, but that's because I hadn't been hanging out at shows
in the Muscle Shoals AL area. This past Saturday night I saw a
classic "little old lady". She was supposed to be sitting in the 6th
row, but she just couldn't help herself...and she continued to storm
towards ringside screaming at the top of her lungs every time the
referee missed a call. If I was a promoter and was looking for a
"stunt granny", she would definitely be at the top of my list!

We're continuing our efforts to get the word out about TNA and have
had good discussions with several major cable systems about ways they
can better promote our shows. In an effort to get the word out about
our One Cent Show on September 10, many cable systems will be sending
out postcards to promote the special show.

Special note to CP...you're ok.

That's it for this week. I'll be back next week with more Notes From
Backstage. Until then, enjoy the show!
