Alas, I did. Found out it was the screw in the junction box. Spent
$$ on those fuses. 

 LB> I think he does it on purpose to get overtime with the STK...
 LB> I think he digs the pain as well.  :-/

Now all I have to do is kick the cat and the panel at the same time and
it works.  Pain,,ahh ..Shows a simple kind of guide to recovery.
