Well it isn't much but as I find time, I put in some recipes in Meal-master.
MMMMM----- Recipe via Meal-Master (tm) v8.04
Title: Liver Pan
Categories: Main dish, Meats
Yield: 1 4
1 Onion, big
2 tb Butter
500 g Veals liver, sliced
Wheat meal
Salt, pepper
250 g Mushrooms, small
1 dl Soup or vegetable vater
1 c Redwine
2 Pickled cucumbers, small
5 sl Pickled beads
1 tb Capers
1 dl Sour creme
Fry the copped onion with the butter i a deep pan.
Cut the sliced liver into strips and shake them in the meal together
with the salt and pepper.
Fry the strips together with the onions, add the prepared mushrooms
and turn the stove down to low heat.
Add the soup and redwine, and let the dish simmer app. 10 min.
Cut cucumbers and beads into stripes and add them with capers.
Gently stir in the sour fraiche.
Heat it up and serve.
