Also I've also fixed a bug that meant that netmail to/from points didn't
have TOPT/FMPT kludges.  And on the trivial side, I've added a variable
called %mmon for use with the RepHello/FollowHello keywords, which returns
the numeric month value, ie. "01" for January, instead of %mon
which returned "Jan".  ;-)
