Just so folks know how moderated groups work:

Your post is sent from your NSP via email through several relays to
the moderation site (deepthot.org for this newsgroup). Your post is
then processed and inserted into the news stream at the moderation
site. This post then propagates the normal way to all of usenet.

Even though most sites are well connected, there are still vagaries in
the system that can cause delays either in the email getting from
there to here or in usenet propagation.
