I was annoyed the other day, when I had to call Microsoft to activate
Office 2003.  I had purchased the teachers and students version which comes
with 3 licenses.  I had Office 2000, but needed 2003 in order to get the
proofing tools which really helped with my Russian.  Before we leave for
overseas, I purchased my wife a new laptop.  I un-installed from the old
laptop and then tried to install on the new one.  Of course I couldn't
activate online since it thought it was the 4th install.  I ended up
spending almost 30 minutes on line between hold and talking to a live
person before I had it activated.  What a pain and I only see it getting
worse.  I can't even imagine what a pain things like this are going to be
in Azerbaijan.
