Yes, download permission is 300, list is 100, and my level is 32000.
Most of the other areas have the same settings.
There is no file with passwords or other attributes set. :(

I use an ANSI header before the file list in all areas either, so I don't
think this is the problem...
I've rebuilt Ansiart area (the small one) and it's working now.
Other big ones still have problem...
