It's not a problem there, you can buy a Office packet on any street corner
for 2 USD, and it doesn't require activation .

(There's a resting place on the freeway near me, where there's always at
least two Russian cars parked. They sell anything and everything from their
trunks, including software - games, office apps, Windows, MacOS, you name
it. Cheap too. It's very convenient shopping, get all your illegal drugs
and pirated software from one place ;-)
