    About as good as RS salesmen, if not better.  (This may be just local, 
but RS salesmen seem to have high turnover and are unfamiliar with most of 
the store's merchandise.)
    Circuit City, etc. also sell a wider choice of brands.  Prices are at 
least as good as RS.
