A quick search on Google turns up nothing with those partnos. House 
numbered maybe?

I suppose you could make an educated guess at their specs just by 
measuring their on resistance, then look up some other mosfets in 
the same package and with a similar RDS(on). That should at least narrow 
the range of possibilities, since RDS(on) and ID(on) are to some degree 
linked by the package's ability to dissipate power. And conveniently, 
breakdown voltage tends to be proportional as well (inverse to ID(on)).
Maybe assume the worst case specs to be safe.
