LM->As a former home schooling parent I just wanted to check in here and
LM->offer my help and encouragement to those presently home schooling.  I
LM->home schooled my three children through high school graduation.  Our
LM->oldest daughter recently graduated from college.  Since all of our
LM->children are in their early twenties, you can imagine we started home
LM->schooling when it wasn't very popular and received lots from criticism
LM->from both family and friends.  The rewards are too numerous to mention
LM->here and family and friends became more supportive and understanding
LM->over the years.

I have (next Sept.) a 7th, a 9th and a 12th.  We have home schooled for
4 years now and love it!
Since you have graduated them from H.S., and sent them on to college,
maybe you could tell us what hurdles you had to jump over because they
were home schooled.  Did colleges balk at a home schooled H.S. graduate?
Were you under an umbrella school so that you had transcripts and
diplomas?
