I make one like that too with my breadmaker machine.  Yes, lazy enough to
use a ¨machine to do my bread!  Very easy and mess-free.

Oddly, at one time in history it was.  Around the time of the first Queen
¨Elizabeth.  She imported cooks and was better than the French (French
cooking ¨wasnt much at that time).  Normal english cookery though, isnt
very fancy at ¨all.  Much of that came over to the USA and can still be
seen.  USA cookery now ¨is so mixed from all over the world, it's called
'fusion cooking' most of the ¨time.
