Can someone with a functional OS/2 system run this binary

and verify that it prints out your timezone?

For example, mine (Australia/Sydney) is:

-660
+1100

The first is the number of minutes to add to the local time to return to 
UTC/GMT and the second is the hours and minutes (HHMM) to subtract.
