subject: win98se updates from corporate site

apparently this update (q240308) isn't available any more... at least,
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/downloads/bin/w98/q240308.EXE doesn't
exist and a search for "q240308.EXE" returns one link to one page
that also doesn't exist... apparently this fix had something to do with
javascript and eyedog?? so, is there still a vulnerability if this update
isn't installed??
