If Parrots mail appeared on the 'net, it was probably because someone
personally copied/forwarded it individually. It's not gated anywhere.
I don't mind people copying single posts if they need a reply they don't
get here, but gating the entire echo is a no-no.

 And then sometimes the opposite can be done. I could send some of the
usenet up in here. Thats done in just about every fido message base.
Small scale though.
