Thats ok. It got popularized that way somehow. It's not totally
inaccurate to ¨associate the two as when they do put 'meat' in there, it's
normally seafood ¨meat. I'd hazard a guess that 40% (maybe slightly less)
have 'fish' in them?

Grin, happens all the time! Most 'sushi' fish are cooked. There are other
¨types of 'sushi' which arent wrapped in seaweed and can be pretty close to
some ¨types of sashimi, even having uncooked fish in them, but it's not the
'common' ¨thing here. I wouldnt be suprised at all if served 'raw fish' as
'sushi' at ¨someplace outside Asia.
