And if YOU were the moderator of an echo would you want
to take the chance of being sued?  Heck I get written
or recorded phone permission before I use something
that states that it maybe freely used and distributed
(except for the standard 'use of quotes in reviews' and
some times even then!)  There's just too many sue happy
people out there and my insurance doesn't cover me if
it's my screw up.
