I note that the temperatures seem to have warmed up again.  Can they put in
an ice road for vehicles carrying reduced loads?

I saw Yellowknife in the summer of 2004.  Have they finished reconstructing
Franklin Avenue yet?

I noted that the 'Knife appeared to be busy and prosperous but I'd hate to
have to pay those real estate prices.  As a realtor you might welcome them.
