 Actually I wouldn't be worried about "offending" you in your community. I
 would be worried about offending the majority of the members of your
 community. 
 
 However, if you were to come to my community and attempt to drive without a
 license, I would sincerely hope that the law enforcement agencies that I pay
 would promptly take appropriate action.
 
 BTW... from the 14th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution regarding
 citizenship: "... and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...". That means
 obeying the laws as established by the majority-elected representatives.
 
 I have no idea what the Tennessee state constitution says, but don't confuse
 _federal_ rights with _states_ rights.
