Probably. But I don't use any.

In my archive I can only find:

FMTSUM11.ACE FMTSUM. Compiles a summary of last-
             tossed/last scanned data for Fmail.
             There is no doc. fmtsum ? gives a
             small help screen.
             Source included.

Which turns out to be a util from 2002 by Michiel... ;)
