Outlook question, yet again.

I can export an entire Lotus Notes address book to one Vcard 3.0 level
file. When I look inside the resulting file, all the contacts and info are
there.

BUT, how do I get the WHOLE vcf file to import into Outlook?

When I drag the file to an empty contact book, all I get is the first
contact in the list.  It does not proceed and create all of the entries.
