Speaking of camera angles .. there was a cut with a camera angle change 
just as Kane knocked JR down .. why?? .. to cut to the shot of Kane 
knocking down the stunt-man, who then got set on fire .. once the fire was 
out we then saw "Good Ol J.R." again!
