This is the soup light configuration.  It doesn't work.  Even though there
are messages in the: f:\uka_ppp\spool subdirectory, it says in import mode
"nothing to do".

I have sent internet e-mail out with a visa card # to get the registration,
because the fido-net bbs I run is decidely un-handy for running points (at
least it doesn't handle 4D addressing, it uses fake-net techniques).  But
since I can't get soup2pkt to export anything into fido packets, I can't
tell if I have it "setup"...  :(  HELP....
