Check to see that you have your Archiver command line set right,
under Elconfig > Options > Files > Archivers.

Another possibility is the temporary directory where the .DIZ is
getting extracted to does not exist, or have the right permissions.
I forget it those go to the "CD-ROM temp" directory or elsewhere,
maybe someone else remembers.

Is the problem only when the filebase is on a mapped drive, or
does the same problem occur from a local directory as well?
