Ok, so you create Folder with shortcuts. You Runas Iexplore, click Right
Click on IExplore Icon, Runas > open iexplore > UnClick Folders
button, in address URL drop path to shortcuts folder > Now you have
Folder opened with only! and i mean only Shortuct you need to operate and
on every you click it is ran under Admin :)
