Runas As Admin == yes, in cmd.exe window or Elevate through "Run
As", or ... You should try XP, it really works :) Or, try 2K3,
"rocks" much more :))

Ok, running as Admin in Vista _also_ dropps popups (default settings) - you
can override this through group policy settings > for admins and for
users in different ways > read more on web.
