Yes grandson, I remember back near the turn of the century when Microsoft
ran 90% of the systems (that's the company who makes that little used
Windows 2020 software) they came out with a new concept "trusted
computing" and most of the world thought they were talking about users
being able to trust their computers. Little did they know at the time that
this would become an even more infamous phrase than "640K is all you
will ever need"...

It was about that time that I patented the idea "vendor guard" of
a box that sits on your network gateway and controls all communications
between the users computers and all their vendors, sort of like the first
vendor blacklists everyone tried.. Course it wasn't till 2008 when Vista
was released that the idea became popular and that's when I wrote the
license for it's use forbidding anyone who used copy protection in their
products to use the patent in house thus exposing all those vendors to
their own kind.
