I'm not sure what Hrvoje had in mind, but one GUI equivalent of what I was
talking about would be to customise a tool with mmc.exe, by adding all the
snap-ins you would commonly use (Active Directory Users and Computers, DNS,
etc). Then run that as admin at the start of the day.

By the way, here is a trick that works in XP (not sure about W2000) if you
want to terminate Windows Explorer.

Click Start, then Turn Off Computer. A dialog appears - don't click
anything. Press keys: Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Esc

Before doing this, you would want to know that pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc will
start Task Manager, and its File menu allows you to Run a program. Enter
Explorer to restore Explorer.

The reason for mentioning this is that apparently you have to terminate
Explorer before running it as another user. I am NOT recommending this.
It's just an interesting quirk.
