I haven't had time to read Glasser's work.  What I have read is other
people's interpretations of it.  One of our counselors is really into it
(she's one of the people I was involved with in getting Ed Ford's
program set up for us.)
What I get out of it is:  No one can control another person without that
person's agreement.
