Hmm...I never played that much with Delphi, but I thought it would carry
on the tradition of smart linking and only take out what it needs.
Again, I don't know. It just seems odd that an entire line of Pascal
products from Borland would do it and then all of a sudden not do it.
Well, I tried to look it up in Delphi's manual, but the page it'd be
on (according to index about Linking) is BLANK. That's always nice...
