Which mattered not. As were many other things, over the years, presented
to the sysops for voting, only to have the *Cs involved vote his/her own
opinion. Witness one RC12, who voted what he wanted instead of what was
voted for in a regional election by the R12 sysops.
Had there actually been a sysop vote, P4 certainly wouldn't have been made
policy by anyone who could read and understand what P4 actually says.
