Agreed, that is the worst thing.  When voting down funds, all you do is take
away from the children, or did some people forget about that.  When voting 
down
funds, the first thing that happens is th school board starts cutting out
programs for the CHILDREN, sports band busses.  For some ADDer's sports or 
band
may be the only thing at which they ever acceled at.  What happens next is 
even
more deplorable, they start laying off teachers, which only makes a bad
situation worse.  Teachers are already stressed enough without having to 
handle
the number of children that two teachers would normally handle.  WHAT NEEDS 
O
BE DONE IS TO EITHER
1. GET THEIR ATTENTION BY GOING TO AS MANY BOARD MEETINGS AS POSSIBLE AND
   MAKING ENOUGH NOISE EVERYTIME.
2. LEAD A CAMPAIGN TO VOTE THEM OUT.
