I thought Z7 was reserved for the antarctic?  That's what I was told by
many sysops a decade ago when I was setting up a private net.  I guess
current othernets didn't get that message.  Even so, they can't be that big
that a zone number change would be all that difficult.

It'll get bounced when it hits a netmail tracker - there's no Zone 7 in the
current nodelist.
