Have any of you out there ever read Richard Mathersons 1954 novel * I am 
Legend* ?
Which has been made into 3 movies so far.
The 1964 movie *The last Man on Earth* starring Vincent Price.
The 1971 movie *The Omega Man* starring Charlton Heston.
The 2007 movie *I am Legend* starring Will Smith.
Richard Matherson has written other successful sci-fi stories, some even 
made into films or TV shows.
As this author is now 82 years old it would be a great idea I think to 
interview him on the sci-fi channel and let him talk about the evolution of 
the sci-fi genre in its many forms over his life time at least.
